Terms of Service

Last updated: [PLACEHOLDER – insert publication date]

1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vioroni website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Who we are and how to contact us

  • Vioroni — a UK-based retailer of premium men's and women's apparel.
  • Legal entity: [PLACEHOLDER – registered company legal name], company number [PLACEHOLDER], registered address [PLACEHOLDER].
  • Customer service: help@vioroni.com; general enquiries: vioroni@redpxl.uk.
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm GMT.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Products, descriptions and pricing

  • We take care to describe and picture products accurately, but slight variations in colour and detail can occur due to screens, photography and the natural characteristics of materials.
  • Our prices are set in British Pounds (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. If you shop from outside the UK (for example the US or Australia), prices may be displayed in your local currency using automatic currency conversion; the amount charged is based on prevailing exchange rates and may differ slightly from the GBP price.
  • We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. For international orders, import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply on delivery and are not collected by us at checkout — see our Shipping Policy. [PLACEHOLDER – revisit if delivered-duty-paid (DDP) checkout is enabled.]
  • We try to keep pricing accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you've ordered, we'll contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel, before we accept your order.
  • Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

6. Orders and when a contract is formed

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll send an order acknowledgement, but this doesn't mean your order is accepted.
  • A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the item(s) to you (or send a dispatch confirmation).
  • We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing or description error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

7. Payment

We accept a range of payment methods, which may include Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Klarna. Payment is taken in accordance with the method you choose and our payment providers' terms. By paying, you confirm you're authorised to use the chosen payment method.

8. Delivery and returns

Delivery times, costs and areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Vioroni name and logo, text, images, graphics, design and code — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. In particular, you must not: break any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; introduce viruses or malicious code; use bots or scrapers to harvest content or data without permission; copy or commercially exploit our content without written consent; place fraudulent orders or use another person's payment details without authority; or post unlawful, abusive or infringing material. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • We provide the site on a reasonable-efforts basis and don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to reimburse us for reasonable losses and costs we suffer as a result of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by law and excluding anything caused by our own fault.

13. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example carrier disruption, extreme weather, or supply issues). If such an event occurs, we'll let you know and do what we reasonably can to limit the impact.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales [PLACEHOLDER – adjust if the business is based in Scotland or Northern Ireland]. This doesn't remove any protection you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time you place your order. Please check the "Last updated" date for the latest version.
